Credit Cards: You must inform

your provider if you move property

Sadly yes, one of the Card's Terms & Conditions is a clause stating you must inform the provider when you change your address.

The only advice I can give is to call up or write them a polite letter asking if the fee can be reimbursed as a gesture of goodwill.
