Without doubt the excellent and 100% free service the National Debtline

This is a charity that gives free advice to people with debt problems, including Credit Cards.

Look on their website and download their information pack and then call and explain your predicament. They offer good advice on how to handle the situation.

Note that these days they are obviously very busy and it can sometimes take up to 30 minutes to connect - but the advice and support they offer is well worth waiting for.
